Linton Court is a small village of 27 units. Twenty one -  two bedroom units  and six one bedroom units.

Designed for our resident’s independent living, the well maintained units offer features to make things a little easier for older people. These include:

• Reverse cycle heating and cooling

• Non-cubicle graduated floor showers

• Draws and dish washers elevated above floor level

• Easy access open spaces

The Linton Court units are independent living units and residents also have easy access to all community support services.  Resident ages vary from early 60’s to the 80’ and older, all living an active independent life.

In 1973, Linton Court leased part of the land they own to the DFFH for the construction and management of public housing units. These units are separate from the retirement village and are administered by the DFFH.
